Our terms and conditions will be communicated to you before your journey to ensure clarity. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the policies governing our services. Our website details our reservation policies, including amendments, cancellations, and booking guidelines. Once you are satisfied with our terms, you may proceed to fill in your personal details in the provided forms, and you will receive confirmation emails accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

  • We offer the finest accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements to make your journey memorable.
  • Travel bookings, including hotels, transportation, and activity arrangements, are made on your behalf through agreements with various service providers.
  • The prices for services such as hotels, houseboats, and transportation are based on negotiated rates with providers. Any price changes due to external factors will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Weather conditions may impact travel plans, particularly houseboat cruises and outdoor activities. While we will make every effort to provide backup options, refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen weather disruptions, as per our cancellation policy.
  • If your planned visits to Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, Kovalam, or other tourist spots are affected due to maintenance or unexpected closures, we will offer an alternative itinerary and refund accommodation charges if applicable. Changes to the itinerary can also be made if informed in advance.
  • Certain activities like water sports, trekking, and boating may be postponed or canceled due to bad weather. We will attempt to process refunds where applicable, but such policies will depend on the service providers.
  • In case of vehicle breakdowns, while we will arrange necessary alternatives, no compensation will be provided for time delays.
  • We are not responsible for cancellations or schedule changes due to flight delays, political disturbances, natural calamities, health issues, or unforeseen emergencies. Any additional costs incurred due to such circumstances will be borne by the traveler.
  • If the confirmed hotel rooms are unavailable upon arrival due to unforeseen reasons, we will provide alternative accommodations of similar standards. However, if the replacement does not meet customer expectations, changes will be made based on availability.
  • Travelers must ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including valid identification, travel insurance, and confirmed tickets.
  • Any grievances regarding our services should be reported to our tour representatives immediately. We will make every effort to resolve issues within our capacity.
  • Written consent from the customer is required for any cash payments made on their behalf.
