Reservations & Cancellations

Booking Process

Our booking process is simple, transparent, and designed for your convenience.

• Once you select your preferred Kerala tour package and travel dates, you can consult with our travel experts.
• A payment link will be sent via email for the initial booking amount. Your reservation will be confirmed once the advance payment is made.
• Payments made via debit or credit cards will incur a 2.5% processing fee.

Accommodation & Travel Arrangements

We ensure smooth accommodation and travel arrangements for a hassle-free experience.

• Accommodation details will be shared with you, allowing you to choose the best options.
• Hotel bookings are subject to availability and are typically confirmed within one week after booking completion.
• Cab and driver details will be sent via SMS one day prior to your journey.
• Balance payments can be made via demand draft (DD), net banking, cash, debit, or credit cards.
• All necessary travel documents will be provided in advance for your reference.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Amendments

We try our best to accommodate changes to your itinerary whenever possible.

• Booking changes can be made based on hotel availability and without additional charges; however, they are subject to hotel policies.
• Additional services not included in the original itinerary will incur extra charges payable by the traveler.

Cancellation, No Show & Early Departure

If you need to cancel or postpone your trip, please inform us via email at the earliest.

• Cancellation charges depend on the timing of your request:
  • 30 days or more before travel: 80% refund of the paid amount.
  • 8 to 29 days before travel: 50% refund of the paid amount.
  • Less than 7 days before travel or No Show: No refund.
• Refunds will be processed within two weeks from the date of cancellation.
• In unavoidable circumstances, we will assist in processing refunds for unused services; however, full refunds cannot be guaranteed due to third-party service provider policies.
